Leadership Training

Leadership Training gives under-represented young people the opportunity to learn vital leadership and coaching skills alongside professionals from top businesses such as Google, Facebook, eBay, and Mckinsey. You will be matched 1-2-1 with a manager and together you’ll go through a virtual training programme over Zoom and learn how to be an effective leader. You’ll get a management level certificate (worth over £1000 but completely free through this training)
