I graduate Uni in August 2021 with a degree in engineering, I love engineering, but the job market isn’t loving me. Since my first application I think I am being judged based on two pieces of paper- and I have a lot more to offer than that. All I can do really is keep the conversation going and smile through this situation, otherwise it’s obvious what will happen. I must stay motivated.
I’m looking to get more experience because that’s all they ask for. But without the opportunity, how am I going to take my next steps?

So, if I could give you any advice it would be to, learn from the knock backs, keep the banter going and you will get there (I know I will!) The first of everything is hard, including your first job, once your foot is in the door, you’ll find it easier to keep going!
