Mastering My Future – Finding Your Way Back

Mastering My Future is an employability programme for young people 14-25. With the support of Young Westminster Foundation, 2-3 Degrees alongside our partners, Westminster Befriend a Family and Inspire, have created a programme that offers:

• Industry themed workshops – develop knowledge and insight to give you clarity about opportunities.
• Mentoring – opportunity to be mentored by leading professionals from various industries for 6 months!
• Virtual work experience -be offered a virtual work experience with one of the employer partners on the programme

Finding your way back

2020 took us by surprise and 2021 has felt a little weird, we have all felt it. We want to help you find your way back; To your passions, your goals, your business ideas and most importantly, to yourself.

Don’t just meet with employers online, but meet new people (IRL), make friends, get a mentor, do some work experience and find your way back to your journey to greatness, whatever you decide to do!
