Future Leaders Programme

Future Leaders Programme allows you to learn how to be a great leader alongside high-flying professionals from big brands. This programme is a 2-way street focussing specifically on coaching skills, you will coach and be coached by your professional match and help each other achieve your goals/overcome challenges. At the end of the programme, you receive the same qualification as the professionals – the ‘Circl Leader as Coach’ certificate recognised by the Association for Coaching – the UK’s governing body.
